CCOIC Linyi Chamber and CCPIT Linyi Branch Office adopt one organization and two signboards, and play the corresponding roles according to needs. CCPIT Linyi Branch is a branch organization of CCPIT. and is a direct subordinate organ to the municipal government internally, belonging to official foreign trade promotion
organization, together with CCOIC Linyi Chamber, to outside is the largest international non-governmental organization in the city.
CCOIC Linyi Chamber is a non--governmental foreign economic anti trade organization of the city consisting of representative, figures, enterprises, associations, and organizations of the economic and trade circles of Linyi city.
The Chamber member system is adopted. The Chamber was established in September1990, and began to work independently to the public in November1996. Its mission: according to the laws,  regulations and policies, to carry out promoting foreign trade, utilizing foreign capital, introducing advanced technology from abroad and all kinds of activities of Chinese-foreign economic cooperation, to promote the development of the trade and economic and technical relations with foreign countries, to improve the mutual understanding with all countries of the world.

Main duties and functions:
1、To play the function of a bridge and a tie linking the government and enterprises, to reflect suggestions and requirements of enterprises to the government.
2、Trough domestic and international information network and channel, to provide various information service to enterprises, economic organizations and individuals, to compile and publish international economic and trade publications.
3、To exercise guidance, management, liaison and coordination to the county and district level sub-branches of CCOIC, to undertake the competent obligations of the professional chamber of commerce. To take charge of the services and training for member enterprises.
4、To provide legal advice services and issue the general certificate of origin, and act as agent to proceed the embassy and consular authentication, certification and authentication for ATA  document books and other affairs, to issue invitation letters for the non-governmental organizations to visit China.
5、To hold trade exhibitions at home and abroad, to organize enterprises to take part in exhibitions abroad.
6、To carry out liaison with foreign counties and investment attraction and carry out related economic and trade activities, promote investment abroad and promote international trade.
7、To act as agent for intermediation for economic and trade dissension, attribution concerning foreign affairs, and demand repayment of debts concerning foreign affairs.
8、To organize enterprises to participate in the related activities held by CCOIC and CCPIT systems.
9、To handle the affairs to study abroad on commission.
10、To undertake the affairs assigned and entrusted by the government and the corresponding departments.
